MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) — John Sweeney was sentenced Friday, Dec. 12 to 17 years in prison after a fatal shooting that occurred in May.
The 34-year-old was sentenced to 17 years of initial confinement followed by eight years of extended supervision in the death of 31-year-old Andrew Martin, according to court records. Sweeney received credit for 209 days served.
