Milwaukee City Treasurer Spencer Coggs announces that the City of Milwaukee Combined Property Tax Bills have started to go out in the mail and are currently available online at http://www.milwaukee.gov/treasurer. The full tax payment or the initial installment payment is due on or before January 31, 2026.
Taxpayers that do not receive their property tax bills by Friday, December 26, 2025, should contact the City Treasurer’s Office, Customer Service Division, at 414-286-2240, and request a duplicate tax bill.
The City Treasurer’s Office is open Monday through Friday, from 8:15 A.M. to 4:30 P.M. City Hall will open to the public at 7:30 A.M during the tax collection period of December 15, 2025, to February 5, 2026. The office will be closed on the following City Holidays: December 24, 25, & 31, 2025, as well as January 1 & 19, 2026. The City Treasurer’s Office only accepts cash or checks for in person payments…
