MILWAUKEE COUNTY, Wis. (CBS 58) — Milwaukee County’s public transportation service plan is set for 2026, and some riders will be relieved to hear that the transit system will not eliminate any routes to address its budget deficit.
The possibility of discontinuing six Milwaukee County Transit System (MCTS) routes was discussed due to a shortfall projected at $14 million.
