OAK CREEK, Wis. (WFRV) – Authorities in southeast Wisconsin are searching for a suspect after a person was found dead inside a vehicle Tuesday morning from apparent gunshot wounds.
According to the Oak Creek Police Department, officers responded shortly after 8 a.m. to multiple reports of gunshots in the 6400 block of South 20th Street.

When officers arrived, they found a person inside a vehicle suffering from an apparent gunshot wound. Despite life-saving efforts, the individual was pronounced dead at the scene.
Police said there were no other victims and the scene has been secured. The incident is being investigated as a homicide, and no suspects are currently in custody.
