MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) — Two Milwaukee men face first-degree intentional homicide charges in connection with a fatal shooting Sunday, Dec. 21, according to a criminal complaint filed Friday, Dec. 26.
Prosecutors charged 20-year-old Eduin George and 21-year-old Jose Talavera-Quezada with killing a 24-year-old near 97th and Beatrice. Milwaukee police responded to the shooting at around 3:50 a.m. and the victim died at the scene.
According to the complaint, the victim’s girlfriend told police she was awakened by two masked men standing in their apartment holding guns. She recognized one as George and said they had lived with him in the past. The other man told her to get out with the children…
