A DRIVER fears she’s been the victim of predatory towing after her car was yanked near her apartment complex, leaving her stranded for weeks.
Ashley Papparlardo said she couldn’t get her vehicle back after being hit with an eyewatering $400 bill.
Papparlardo, who lives in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, described the horror events as “pretty terrible,” according to NBC affiliate WTMJ.
