A parking structure at the Empire Building apartment complex in Milwaukee collapsed Wednesday night, leaving vehicles damaged and stuck.
Residents at the apartment tell TMJ4 this happened in the early evening.
I heard a loud metal rattling noise,” said Nicholas Haagan, an Empire Building resident. “We walk up, and there’s just a sinkhole in the garage with two cars in it, a couple of people were pulled out and such, but it was just chaotic really.”
