Woman accused of shooting Concordia University student pleads not guilty

MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) — The woman accused of shooting and killing her friend back in November pled not guilty in court Friday, Jan. 9.

Jamica Mills, 32, is facing a first-degree reckless homicide charge.
