The first CAVA, a fast-casual Mediterranean restaurant chain, could be coming to the Milwaukee area in Greenfield, according to City of Greenfield Plan Commission documents.
Applicant Meghan O’Malley is proposing to operate CAVA in a 2,800-square-foot space at 8833 W. Sura Lane in the 84 South development. The tenant space was most recently occupied by Mod Pizza before it closed in 2025.
Since Mod Pizza has been gone less than 12 months, the request will undergo a Special Use Review and does not require a public hearing, according to city documents…
