2 charged in death of teen in West Allis, 13 years later

WEST ALLIS, Wis. (CBS 58) — Thirteen years after a teen’s death in West Allis, two men are being charged.

Court records say on Dec. 14, 2012, 16-year-old Corey Stingley was held by three men in VJ’s Food Mart until he lost his pulse.

He died on Dec. 29 from brain swelling from asphyxia…
