A Brookfield office building has sold for less than half its assessed value – with that transaction following the foreclosure sale of three nearby office buildings since 2024.
The three-story, 61,635-square-foot building, 250 S. Executive Drive, was sold for $906,400 to Denton, Texas-based Kamy Real Estate Property Trust.
