Residents in Wisconsin are bracing for a bitterly cold day with the National Weather Service (NWS) in Milwaukee issuing a Cold Weather Advisory, warning of wind chills plummeting to 23 to 29 below zero; the advisory spans from the early hours of Monday until noon, covering areas of east central, south central, and southeast Wisconsin, as shared on the National Weather Service website.
