A 20-year-old Milwaukee man has been charged with first-degree reckless homicide, as party to the crime, in the death of 26-year-old Mark Burrell as he drove his car.
Jahree Wilkes is accused of being in a vehicle where someone fired off dozens of shots at Burrell, according to a criminal complaint.
