MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) — The trial is underway for a man accused in connection to the murder of a 34-year-old woman.
Prosecutors say the woman’s son fired a gun inside their house trying to stop his stepfather from hitting her.
Now, that stepfather- Ziare Dalton- is on trial for her death…
