Urban Beets Cafe & Juicery is pulling the plug on its Brown Deer cafe after roughly a decade in the Milwaukee-area food scene, with the last day of service set for Saturday. Owners told customers they plan to keep regular hours through that final week and will post updates on social media if anything changes. Once the doors close, the independent, plant-forward brand will be left without any brick-and-mortar locations in the region.
