Uncle Wolfie’s Breakfast Tavern, 234 E. Vine St., is one of Milwaukee’s favorite restaurants for hearty breakfasts and brunches served daily. But soon, diners who crave the comfort fare at the cozy Brewers Hill nook won ’t be limited to daytime hours.
Beginning Jan. 30, Uncle Wolfie’s will add weekend evening hours, opening on Friday and Saturday evenings from 5 to 9 p.m., serving laid-back dinner options and a full bar of beer, wine, specialty cocktails and more.
Under the helm of Jesse Wendel, executive chef of the Brewers Hill location, the dinner menu will keep it casual. To start, it will offer sandwiches, burgers, fries and salads, with more menu items and extended dinner hours to come as the weather warms up.
