PORT WASHINGTON, Wis. — Charges were filed in Ozaukee County Thursday against four men who were believed to be targeting Asian business owners in Wisconsin and across the Midwest for burglaries.
Dominick Luna, 32, of Houston, Tex.; as well as Jhon Gonzalez-Caicedo, 27; Wilver Manyoma-Mejia, 42; and Andres Mauricio Melvis-Hurtado, 37, of Colombia were each charged with concealing stolen property greater than $10,000 as party to a crime.
The Ozaukee County Sheriff’s Office said the men were arrested during a tactical incident at a residence on Lake Shore Road in the Town of Grafton. A search of the residence allegedly uncovered a damaged and open safe with about $570,000 in cash and jewelry that matched items that were stolen during a burglary in Beaver Dam…
