Sheboygan Police have announced the arrest of a second suspect in the shooting death of 19-year-old Joseph Torres, Sheboygan in January. The SPD said that the individual arrested on January 29th is the second suspect from Milwaukee that will face charges. Neither was named, and both have had charges against them referred to the Sheboygan County District Attorney’s Office for review.
Officers responding to the shooting shortly after 8 PM on January 17th found Torres and an 18-year-old woman suffering from gunshot wounds. Torres died after being taken to Aurora Medical Center in Sheboygan, while the 18-year-old woman continues recovering from her injuries…
