OAK CREEK, Wis. (CBS 58) — The Oak Creek Police Department reported to call about an agitated man walking in the roadway near the intersection of S. Pennsylvania Ave. and E. Drexel Ave. earlier Wednesday night, Feb. 11.
Eyewitness reports say that the man was punching, kicking and throwing items at passing cars. They also reported that the man physically assaulted another person.
Upon arrival, the man kicked an Oak Creek police squad car. As they tried to arrest the man, he resisted attempts and police tased him to take him into custody…
