WEST ALLIS, Wis. (CBS 58) — A handful of county commissioners are accusing a West Allis health clinic of union busting.
In a joint statement released Tuesday, Feb. 17, commissioners said Rogers Behavioral Health fired three of their mental health providers just days after the employees announced plans to unionize.
“Workers should never be penalized for exercising their fundamental rights to organize,” Supervisor Juan Miguel Martinez said in a statement Tuesday. “These caregivers were acting out of concern for their patients and community. Instead of addressing legitimate staffing concerns constructively, Rogers chose retaliation.”…
