A man who federal prosecutors in Milwaukee allege was part of an elaborate, multi-state drug operation that funneled high quantities of drugs throughout the Midwest is headed to prison.
A federal jury convicted Joathan Colula in July of conspiracy to distribute controlled substances and of conspiracy to commit money laundering.
On Feb. 10, he was sentenced to 19 years in prison. Colula, 33, of Los Angeles, will be placed on supervised release for five years after he completes his time behind bars…
