Wisconsin’s biting air is locking in across Milwaukee this morning, and sidewalks remain stiff with frost as temperatures hover in the upper 20s. Wind chills near 20 degrees are keeping the late-winter edge sharp, especially along the lakefront.
According to the National Weather Service in Milwaukee, mostly sunny skies will hold today with a high near 28 degrees. West winds between 10 and 15 mph will keep it brisk through the afternoon commute. Roads are dry for now, but melting and refreezing could create slick patches after sunset as temperatures drop quickly…
