MILWAUKEE — A Milwaukee Police officer accused of misusing license plate tracking technology plead not guilty in court Wednesday.
33-year-old Josue Ayala faces one count of attempted misconduct in public office, which is a misdemeanor. He entered a not guilty plea on March 4, and resigned from the Milwaukee Police Department hours ahead of his initial court appearance.
