A spa, featuring a Russian-style sauna/bath house, combined with a restaurant would redevelop a Historic Third Ward building under a new proposal.
That business, proposed by entrepreneurs who operate two similar Chicago bath houses, is planned for a vacant warehouse, 521 E. Corcoran Ave. That’s just west of Milwaukee Ballet’s Baumgartner Center for Dance, 128 N. Jackson St.
