Carrie’s Crispies, the West Allis shop famous for over-the-top rice crispy treats, is angling for a bigger stage. The dessert spot has proposed a move to a larger storefront on West National Avenue that would add a small production kitchen and expanded retail area, with the plan set to go before the West Allis Plan Commission on Wednesday, March 25.
