There’s a new concept coming to Bay View from the minds that brought you Slingshot Bar, Axe MKE and all of the game-based activities at The New Fashioned. Get ready for full-contact fun at Spar Bar, the world’s first bar concept to combine drinking and life-size Rock ‘Em, Sock ‘Em Robots-style action.
Spar Bar will open in early 2027, after a full demolition and rebuild of the site at 2737 S. Kinnickinnic Ave., home to the former Bella’s Fat Cat. The new plans call for a two-story location, with a centralized ring and a balcony tables surrounding the ring, with multiple bars on each level, so that you can enjoy your pugilism with a pilsner of your choice. Balcony accommodations will provide overhead views for all of the fist-flying fury.
