An Amber Alert issued in connection with a missing 8-year-old girl has been canceled after the girl was found in Nebraska.
The man authorities were looking for, Joseph Nicpon, 44, was arrested, Wautoma police said.
Nicpon, a convicted sex offender on supervised release, took off his GPS tracking bracelet in Adams County, Wautoma police said in a statement. Nicpon was released from prison March 31. He was convicted of incest with a child and fourth-degree sexual assault…
