WASHINGTON COUNTY — The Antigo construction contractor who is charged with theft in a business setting after being paid and then not doing the agreed upon work is facing another felony count in Washington County.
Dustin Kitsemble, 35, is being charged with one felony count of theft by contractor $10,000 through $100,000 in branch 3 Washington County Circuit Court. He is also facing the same felony count in Langlade County Circuit Court along with two counts of felony bail jumping and misleading a buyer.
According to court records, Kitsemble was seen in Washington County Circuit Court on March 24 for his initial appearance. He appeared in court, while his attorney Brian Braziel appeared by video.
