Missing Indigenous Teen in Milwaukee Sparks Urgent Community Search Effort

Concern is mounting across Milwaukee and beyond as community members, family, and advocates intensify efforts to locate 15-year-old Julia Boulley, a citizen of the Bad River Ojibwe Nation, who has been missing since April 1, 2026.

Julia was last seen at the Revive Family Youth Services Group Home on North 46th Street. She is described as approximately 5 feet tall and 112 pounds. According to advocates, she may be wearing a black medical boot due to a recent ankle injury—raising additional concerns about her mobility and safety.
