MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) — Water surged across southeastern Wisconsin during heavy rainfall Tuesday, April 14, leaving standing water in roadways and stranded vehicles hours later.
Our own Amanda Becker reported from 107th and Donna in the Granville neighborhood early Wednesday, April 15, where police had been hand-clearing a storm drain at the intersection for more than an hour. Water levels were dropping by early morning, though Donna St. still showed signs of flooding, with multiple cars still sitting in standing water. One vehicle had already been towed.
