Chef Gregory Léon of Amilinda in Milwaukee is constantly creating new dishes and telling new stories through food. The Amilinda menu changes weekly, Chef Léon participates in culinary events locally and around the country, and Amilinda is host to experiences that give guests the opportunity to gather around food that feels both deeply rooted and joyfully accessible.
In February, Amilinda started its unique take on happy hour, the Portuguese Sandwich Hour. From 5 to 7 p.m. on Thursdays only, Amilinda serves up three delicious sandwiches, crispy house-made chips, and sangria, wine, and beer for sipping.
