Authorities are asking for help to locate a missing 15-year-old West St. Paul girl, stating there is concern for her safety.
Marcella Paredes was last seen on May 22 and has not been seen since. She is believed to have left her house in West St. Paul sometime between 12 a.m. and 1:30 a.m.
