There’s been lots of public discourse around the state of things in Uptown Minneapolis on op-ed pages, on social media and now on the Minnesota Star Tribune’s business page. The quintuple-bylined piece opens with a recent weekend scene where people lined up for hotdogs at Moona Moono. “At least on the surface, the area showed no signs of imminent death.
