Just in time for the Edina Art Fair this weekend, Red Cow has reopened its restaurant at 50th and France.
The local burger chain closed its outpost at 3624 W 50th St. in Minneapolis for a refresh in early May.
An announcement says that it has emerged with a couple of new menu items and “thoughtful updates” to the restaurant’s interior, of which it gave diners their first look on Wednesday…
