Charges: Man became ‘filled with rage’ before killing St. Paul barber

A man has been charged with the murder of a popular barber who was found dead near railroad tracks in St. Paul last month.

Omar Ramos Castro, 24, of St. Paul, is charged with second-degree murder in the death of Gabriel Arrazola Perez, 44, who co-owned Barbers on Bryant in Minneapolis.

Perez’s body was found near railroad tracks on the 1400 block of Case Avenue on May 25, having been stabbed multiple times…
