Severe storms will be blasting the north-central United States on Tuesday and Wednesday, starting with the Dakotas and western Minnesota on Tuesday night, and then Minnesota, Wisconsin, and Iowa on Wednesday.
“There is an increasing potential for severe thunderstorms Tuesday and Wednesday,” says the National Weather Service in the Twin Cities. “However, exact timing, location, and where the strongest storms occur are still uncertain.”
Tuesday could feature a tornado outbreak in North Dakota, although the threat for damaging winds is even higher as storms are expected to morph into a bowing cluster as they speed into western Minnesota late Tuesday night…
