A new 228-unit apartment complex has broken ground in Uptown Minneapolis, with a building now under construction on a now-former part of the Seven Points mall.
On Wednesday, developer Doran Companies broke ground on its Seven Points apartment project near Lake Street and Hennepin Avenue in Uptown. The event was attended by Mayor Jacob Frey.
The 228-unit development is the largest in Uptown since the COVID-19 pandemic, and is expected to be completed by fall of 2027…
