A suspected drunk driver with a prior DWI conviction has been charged in connection with a White Bear Lake crash that killed a 31-year-old motorcyclist.
Robert Marines Rodriguez, 63, of White Bear Lake was charged with one count of criminal vehicular homicide in Ramsey County over the crash that killed Dana Lucker-Milan, of Stillwater.
