A St. Paul man is facing multiple charges after prosecutors say he threatened and harassed Mayor Kaohly Her while she was serving in the Minnesota House of Representatives.
Pao Her Lee, 49, is due in court for his first appearance in Ramsey County on July 10. He was charged via summons, and is not currently in custody.
