Minnesota is set to experience its next round of severe thunderstorms on Wednesday morning, with 80 mph-plus winds the biggest threat facing an area that includes the Twin Cities.
The south metro is included along with a large swath of southern and southeastern Minnesota in the enhanced risk area for Wednesday’s severe storms, per the National Weather Service’s Storm Prediction Center.
