The long-vacant Anoka building that housed Hans’ Bakery for decades will reopen as a donut shop.
Uffda Donuts, which has locations in Maple Grove and Blaine, is preparing to open its flagship location later this year in the iconic 5th Avenue building.
Customers will find a full retail bakery stocked with freshly-made donuts, as well as breakfast and lunch fare and specialty coffee, per the Minneapolis/St. Paul Business Journal.
