Bussin Birria Tacos has opened a second location and its first standalone restaurant at 3100 Excelsior Blvd. in Minneapolis, near Bda Maka Ska. While delivery and takeout began last week, dine-in service is just getting going with a ribbon-cutting held on July 1.
Bussin Birria launched its first birria-focused taco shop at the Mall of America in 2022.
