MINNEAPOLIS, MINN. (KARE 11) – The family of 61-year-old Sonja Brown is asking for answers. Brown was a passenger in a car driving on I-94 when State Patrol says at 2:30 Wednesday morning, she fell out, was run over by other vehicles, and died.
“I think she was pushed,” said Gigi Brown, Sonja’s daughter. Gigi says the male driver told investigators that Sonja was fearful for her life and jumped out of the car, but Gigi feels under no circumstance would her mom have jumped out of a car.
“She was terrified of cars, as far as like speed,” Gigi said. “She just wouldn’t do that, I couldn’t see it.”…
