After a couple of short delays, a new cafe has opened at the intersection of Lyndale Avenue and Lake Street in Minneapolis.
The Michigan-based coffee chain Haraz Coffee House has set up shop in the large corner space that formerly housed the Iron Door Pub, which closed in March 2025.
The nearly 3,300-square-foot storefront is Haraz’s first location in the state.
Founded in 2021, the cafe specializes in Yemeni coffee and has 126 locations globally, with 61 of those in the U.S., according to its website. The new Minneapolis hub is owned by franchisee Hussein Alobaidi…
