Automated food vending has arrived at the Minneapolis–St. Paul International Airport, according to a Minneapolis/St. Paul Business Journal report, allowing travelers in Terminal 1 to purchase White Castle sliders and Wow Bao menu items from self-service vending machines.
The units are operated by Evolvending and are part of the airport’s small-business concession program, expanding grab-and-go dining options for passengers.
