A Minnesota mother has been accused of severely abusing her toddler in “retaliation” for the child’s father not responding to her calls or texts.
The 2-year-old boy was found with bruises all over him during a welfare check at a Burnsville, Minn., residence on June 4, the Dakota County Attorney’s Office said in a statement.
