On Thursday, July 9, 2026, Project for Pride in Living (PPL) celebrated the grand opening of Opportunity Crossing, a new, mixed-use affordable housing development at 3030 Nicollet Ave. in south Minneapolis, alongside project partners, community and civic leaders, and elected officials.
Built on the site of the former Wells Fargo branch destroyed during the social unrest of 2020 following the murder of George Floyd, Opportunity Crossing represents a community-informed approach to investment in housing stability, economic opportunity and neighborhood revitalization.
