A major incident is unfolding Tuesday in a Burnsville neighborhood along the shores on Crystal Lake, where a fire has apparently erupted hours after police asked the public to avoid the area.
The incident began in the early morning on a residential street on Maple Island, one of two islands on the 280-acre lake.
Around 10:15 a.m., the Burnsville Police Department asked the public to avoid the 300 block of Maple Island Road “while emergency responders manage an active incident involving an individual in crisis.”…
