If you’ve been on Instagram or TikTok anytime over the last few months, you’ve likely seen it. Brightly colored, pillowy, squishy Swedish candy being devoured by the influencer du jour.
Now, one local bakery is capitalizing on that popularity, and is bringing the sweets of Sweden to St. Louis Park.
The team behind Honey & Rye and Bakehouse opened the doors to The Candy Shop on Thursday.
