A Minneapolis City Council committee voted Tuesday to hold off on renewing the liquor license for Reign Event Center, where a mass shooting left nine people wounded Sunday morning.
Police said they’re looking into whether the incident outside the Uptown nightclub was a drive-by shooting. No arrests have been made.
